Common questions
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope. I work on a project basis or ongoing retainer, depending on what makes sense. Pricing starts in the low five figures for a focused engagement. We figure out the right structure on our strategy call.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Most clients work with me for 3 to 6 months on the initial project, then move to a lighter ongoing advisory arrangement. Some engagements are shorter and more focused. It depends entirely on what you need.
What should I expect from the strategy call?
A straightforward conversation. I will ask about your business, your goals, and where you are stuck. You can ask me anything. If I think I can help, I will tell you how. If I think you need something else, I will point you in the right direction. No pressure either way.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes, for business growth and AI consulting. The property investment side is UK-focused, but the business strategy and automation work is location-independent. I have clients across Europe and North America.
