I never planned to build a portfolio of businesses. Like most stories worth telling, it started somewhere completely different.

The Foundation

My career began in building surveying — a discipline built on precision, assessment, and managing complexity. Every day was about understanding how things are constructed, identifying what needs fixing, and planning how to make it better. I didn't know it at the time, but this was the perfect training ground for entrepreneurship.

The First Leap

The first business was born from frustration. I saw hospitality venues struggling with their digital marketing — wasting money on agencies that didn't understand their industry. So I built something better. That venture taught me the fundamentals: finding a real problem, building a solution people would pay for, and learning to sell.

The AI Moment

When I discovered what was possible with AI and automation, everything changed. Not in a “this is cool technology” way, but in a “this fundamentally changes what a small team can build” way. I started integrating AI across every business — automating workflows, generating content, building tools that would have taken entire teams to create.

The Portfolio

Today, I run multiple businesses across AI consulting, hospitality marketing, property investment, SaaS, and media. They share infrastructure, knowledge, and a core philosophy: use technology to do more with less. Every business makes the others stronger.
